Terms and Conditions

The letting period will commence from 16.00hrs on day of arrival until 10.00 on day of departure.

Only persons over the age of 21yrs shall be allowed to make booking, no all male/female parties unless by consent of owners

Only persons named on Booking form may stay at the property

All bookings must be confirmed by payment of a £100 deposit. Payments can be made by bank transfer or cheque.
Submission of the completed Booking form and the deposit shall constitute an offer by the hirer, and a contract shall only come into existence when we confirm the booking in writing.
The balance of the let must be paid 6 weeks prior to commencement of holiday
Should you cancel prior to the 6 weeks you will forfeit your deposit
Should you cancel within the 6 weeks prior to the let you will still be required to pay the full amount, should another booking be found payment less deposit will be refunded.

All deposits will be retained as a “Good housekeeping” deposit and returned within 2 weeks of end of let

We cannot be held responsible for late or non arrival due to weather or travel disruptions

Hirers are advised to seek travel insurance to cover such costs

Electricity & heating are included in costs

Bedlinen, towels & tea towels included

Please note no smoking permitted within the house. Sorry no Pets allowed.
